About this site
A scattered field of coral pinnacles and knolls rising from a sandy lagoon off Sha'ab el-Utath, with reef tops near the surface and sand bottoming out around 25 m. The heads carry alcyonarian soft corals and gorgonians and shelter glassfish, groupers, blue-spotted rays, squid, nudibranchs and lionfish, close to Stingray Station and Beacon Rock.
