About this site

The northern plateau of Daedalus drops from a shallow shelf blanketed in magnificent anemones and their resident clownfish into deep blue water, where schooling scalloped hammerheads patrol in the early morning. Divers hang along the reef edge in the current and watch grey reef sharks and the occasional thresher cruise past. This is the signature dive of the reef and one of the most reliable hammerhead encounters in the Red Sea.
