About this site

The crown jewel of Ras Mohammed National Park, where two offshore pinnacles rise from the deep at the very tip of the Sinai Peninsula. Shark Reef drops into electric-blue water teeming with barracuda, jacks, batfish and snapper schools, while Yolanda Reef is scattered with the cargo of the wrecked Cyprus freighter Yolanda — toilets, bathtubs and containers strewn across the sand. A drift along the wall in summer can bring grey reef sharks and immense fish shoals in some of the Red Sea's most exhilarating water.
