About this site

A gently sloping plateau in Ras Mohammed densely carpeted with giant sea anemones, each hosting its colony of two-banded anemonefish. The site sits beside Shark Reef and is often combined into the same dive, offering a calmer, photogenic counterpoint to the adjacent pelagic action. Schooling snapper and the occasional turtle complete the scene over the coral garden.
