About this site

The smallest of the Tiran reefs but considered the most beautiful, Thomas is famous for its deep canyon — a narrow fissure running parallel to the wall at 25–30 m, beyond which it plunges into technical depths. The walls are smothered in soft corals, gorgonians and black coral, and strong currents sweeping the corners bring snapper, jacks and reef sharks. A demanding but breathtaking drift.
