About this site

Shaab Abu Nugar is a group of coral ergs and lagoons between Shaab El Erg and Abu Nuhas, offering shallow, sheltered diving among countless small pinnacles and sandy channels. Dolphins regularly pass through, and the calm water teems with anthias, glassfish, morays and the occasional turtle. Its easy depths make it a relaxed all-levels site.
