A catalogue, not a marketplace. Phase 1 ships the public atlas — sites, regions, species, sighting probabilities — and a rewards system for the divers who add to it. Booking, shop integrations, and per-trip discovery are out of scope.
A small editorial team in Cairo, Sharm, and Dahab. Sites are written by divers who actually dive them; sightings are aggregated from verified community reports.
Phase 2 adds dive-shop directory and trip planning. Phase 3: subscriptions for marine-park conservation organisations and a verified-photographer programme. Phase 1 is what's live now.
