Abu Galawa Soraya lies in the western Fury Shoals and is built around the wreck of a small sailing yacht, around 14-17 metres long, resting on its starboard side on a sandy bottom at about 18 metres. The hull is now smothered in coral and packed with shimmering clouds of glassfish, while the surrounding reef descends in coral colonies to around 24 metres. It is a sheltered, easy site combining a photogenic mini-wreck with healthy reef life.
