The Rock lies just a few minutes by speedboat from the El Quseir marina and is celebrated for its vast anemone field carpeting the reef top with clownfish. Dramatic topography of caves, swim-throughs and coral pinnacles gives way to a sloping reef rich in reef fish and the occasional turtle. Its closeness to shore and varied profile make it a popular all-rounder.
