About this site

Abu Humra, also called Shaab Abu Hamra, is a reef over 400 metres long boasting two impressive plateaus that drop into the blue. The exposed corners are renowned for big-fish action: oceanic whitetip and hammerhead sharks, rays, giant barracuda schools and Napoleon wrasse all cruise the edges. Strong currents that nourish dense soft corals make this a thrilling drift dive for experienced divers.
