About this site

El Quadim Bay, the famous house reef fronting Sirena Beach at the Movenpick Resort, is one of the most colourful and intact fringing reefs on the Egyptian mainland. The reef begins in a shallow sandy lagoon ideal for snorkelling and training, then drops over a coral shelf from 5 to 13 metres before plunging steeply toward 100 metres. Resident batfish, seamoths, ghost pipefish, glassfish-filled caves and a well-known moray make every dive different.
