About this site

Bawaki, just south of Ras Shaitan, is named for the towers of hard coral rising from a sandy seabed inside a sheltered lagoon. Divers weave between the pinnacles through shallow channels, finding glassfish-filled overhangs, anemones and feeding turtles. The protected setting and modest depth make it a relaxed, scenic dive suitable for most levels.
